2001 Sidel SBO 12 Rotary PET Bottle Blowing Line

A complete blow moulding line from preforms, line includes pre-form tip hopper with elevators and conveyors to infeed transfer unit in to the blow mulding machine, the blow moulder can produce 500ml, 1 litre & 1.5 litre bottles at a rate of approx 17,000 per hour.

The blow moulder feeds the new bottles into an intermediate hopper which is then transfererred into an unscambler,

The line is still operational and is due to be dismantled at the beginning of December so an inspection of the machine in operation can be organised.
