2017 Unused Integrated Process Mixing System for Manufacture of Pharmaceutical Liquids

Manufactured in 2017 and never used the integrated process mixing system was designed for the manufacture of pharmaceutical liquids (solutions and suspensions).

It consists of a 500L 316 stirred vessel, recirculating pump (alfa laval SRU5), in-line homogeniser (Silverson FMX50) and integrated CIP system with a programmable HMI controller for all elements. 

An in-line material addition port and sensors for conductivity & pH are also included to allow precise monitoring of the manufacturing process. 

The system is GMP ready with all product contact surfaces manufactured from 316L stainless steel (0.8µm Ra finish) and seals manufactured from approved materials. 

Standard connections are provided for purified water in, product out, drain out and CIP water in/out.
