The basic model of cheese presses with weights for increasing the force. The moulds below one pressing point can be put in different alignments depending on the cheese diameter and in 2 to 4 levels in height. The dimensions of the cheese press are adapted for pressing up to 50 kg of cheese in different cheese moulds.
